Executive Coaching by an Experienced Executive

Executive coaching has gained enormous credibility in the last decade. A New President Takes on Culture Change

A new president came on board at a major organization. His top priority was improving the financial viability of the company, both for the short term and the longer term, which would require employee buy-in at all levels. Dr. Hodell worked with the new president to improve his personal and public speaking styles, and helped him build on his leadership strengths. One of Dr. Hodell’s suggestions was a “recognition road trip.”

Recognizing employees’ great work as he traveled around the state, this executive developed strong relationships throughout the organization. A new chapter opened for a more productive corporate culture with greater employee accountability.
