Time-tested Tools
While the focus of her work is decidedly on people and not research data, when appropriate Dr. Hodell uses time-tested tools of the coaching, leadership and counseling fields. These tools help identify personality traits, and work and social styles. The information gleaned from tools such as the Wonderlic Personnel Test, the Strength Deployment Inventory, Strong Interest Inventory, and Myers-Briggs, 16PF, Enneagram and other personality “typologies” contribute to client insights and strategies.
